CANCELLATION POLICY
At Courtney Leonard Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect the time and preparation involved in each service, the following cancellation guidelines apply: Cancellations & Rescheduling – Under 24 Hours If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened service time or the need to reschedule. If rescheduling is required, the 10% late cancellation fee will apply. Payment of Fees Fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Repeated violations may result in restricted booking privileges. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
